We have a great opportunity for a Project Director with extensive experience overseeing significant health sector projects to join our Project Management team in Sydney. Responsibilities include: Lead and manage large scale health projects as the key client interfaceDeveloping working relationships, problem solving and driving projects to successful completionManaging the design process to achieve the client's requirements and manage expectationsReviewing project plans and specifications, scheduling, costs saving measures, discrepancies, potential construction problems, etc.Managing project safety and environmental requirementsManaging project timelines, risks and reportingManaging project budgets and advising on options to keep budget on trackDirect line management team responsibility
