Your Opportunity Note: Application reviews will commence 5th January 2026We’re looking for a Scrum Master to join our Issuing Service Domain. In this role, you’ll leverage your technical skills to develop, maintain, and support innovative solutions that solve real-world challenges in the payments industry. From designing and building scalable systems to ensuring seamless integration with key technologies, your work will directly impact millions of users. You’ll also make an impact by: Ensure that Scrum processes are correctly understood and followed by all team members, including the Product Owner.Facilitate process of deciding which stories will be included in each sprint through understanding team’s velocity, story scope and DoR.Facilitate agile events, meetings or ceremonies, including but not limited to planning, daily standups, reviews and retrospective sessions.Eliminate environment obstructions and protect the team from distractions and interruptions that may affect the quality of deliverables and processes.Facilitate identification, assessment, and escalation of impediments and risks by the squad, providing visibility of impediment and risk status and issues to Senior Management.Act as Scrum Master for 2 cross functional squad.Facilitate release and incident management, ensuring that all required members are available and can contribute.
