Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Operations Assistant in Bridgewater, New Jersey, United States. The role involves providing support services in the realm of administration and clerical work, with a focus on data entry and customer service tasks. This position will offer the opportunity to work in a vibrant, bustling workplace, where you will be an integral part of the team. Responsibilities: Accurately process customer credit applications in a timely manner. Maintain and update customer credit records to ensure they are current and accurate. Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally. Review and process claim-related tasks while providing support services. Perform data entry tasks and generate correspondence using established templates and procedures. Assist with the initial setup of claims and provide support services including imaging and document indexing. Route electronic documents and maintain all claim files. Organize files and schedule appointments as required. Demonstrate proficiency in basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word. Requirements Proficiency in administrative assistance tasks and procedures, including organizing files and scanning documents. Demonstrated ability in providing excellent customer service. Proven experience in data entry, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word. Ability to schedule appointments effectively, considering priorities and time management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to learn new tasks and procedures. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions. A proactive approach to work, identifying potential issues and proposing solutions. Commitment to continuous improvement and detail oriented development.
