CLIENT OVERVIEW:

Our client is a long-standing organization looking for a Bilingual Grants Analyst/Processor to help with rapidly growing and expanding government projects.

SALARY/HOURLY RATE:

$25/hr

POSITION OVERVIEW:

As the Bilingual Grants Analyst/Processor, you will play a pivotal role in assisting the projects department with various budget plans and meticulously preparing financial documentation for approvals, denials, and adjustments per grant applications for major development projects. Excel experience, client-facing/communication, and detail-oriented are all needs. This role will be primarily remote work.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE BILINGUAL GRANTS ANALYST/PROCESSOR:

Work with all levels of management to assist in grant applications, activity, and financial compliance.

Assist with reporting and financial analysis.

Assist in the month-end closing process and the preparation of financial reports.

Ad hoc reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE BILINGUAL GRANTS ANALYST/PROCESSOR:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role or sharp recent graduate with an internship.

Bilingual in English and Spanish: Proficient in verbal and written communication in English and Spanish.

Advanced technical knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Perform all work with high standards of ethical and professional conduct.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or a related field is required.
