$17 hourly + Generous COMMISSION & BONUSES
IN-OFFICE Position
Looking for talented full-time INSURANCE SALES PRODUCER to intermittently work in the office & out on the field. Producers jobs will include calling potential clients and closing insurance sales transactions with leads provided by the agency. Comprehensive training provided. Producer MUST be efficient, organized, and good with following up.
NO Cold Calling. Must live within 45 minutes of Glen Ridge, NJ.
INSURANCE SALES PRODUCER will work at least 3 days a week in the office and eventually one day a week out in the field.
INSURANCE SALES PRODUCER will have the following:
Attention to detail and able to follow through
Energetic and "can do" personality/attitude
Pleasant, professional, demeanor and good phone etiquette
Two years SALES experience a PLUS but not required
Bilingual a PLUS
==>Property and casualty license a PLUS, or candidate must be willing to obtain a P&C license within 90 days of employment. Company pays for training.
