Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Legal Administrator in the field of Education located in Lambertville, New Jersey. This role will require you to manage and organize vital documents in our system, create methodologies for reports, and handle any administrative overflow work as necessary.Responsibilities include: Downloading and organizing documents into our system based on specified criteria Creating lists and categories for documents to ensure efficient retrieval Noting missing items and creating a list for attorneys to request Tracking document reviews and maintaining accuracy in record-keeping Developing methodologies and expert lists for reports Creating appendices for reports to ensure comprehensive documentation Handling overflow administrative tasks as required Utilizing skills in Aderant, Adobe Acrobat, Case Management Software, CompuLaw, Conveyancer, and other relevant software for efficient task execution Managing customer credit applications and maintaining accurate customer credit records Resolving customer inquiries and monitoring customer accounts. Requirements Proficiency in Aderant and Adobe Acrobat. Familiarity with Case Management Software and CompuLaw. Experience with Conveyancer software. A strong understanding of Benefit Functions and Billing Functions. Excellent Calendar Management skills. Experience in Claim Administration. Proficiency in managing Collection Processes. Prior experience in the education sector. Background in legal administration. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
