Pre covid, the company had 20 plus employees and did about $5m in business. The vaccine caused the owner to have some health concerns and is recently back on his feet at about 80%. The company now has 6 employees.
After 18 years, we made an amicable decision to let our bookkeeper go as we did not have full time work with the changes. We are currently looking for a part time bookkeeper.
Guessing about 16 hours a week

Work from office, home, combination, remotely etc.
The main tasks are of course, bookkeeping, payable, receivables, payroll, etc and other tasks where our office manager needs some help. The hours can be as flexible as you want, provided we don’t have delays with major deliverables
Payroll, taxes, invoicing etc.
Realistically, the job can be 90% working from home and just coming in once a week for a couple of hours, cleaning up mail, filing etc.
