Responsibilities include washing all the small and larger kitchen equipment with 3 compartment sink and dishwashing machine as well as all dining room utensils, plates, bowls etc. In addition, the dining rooms and restrooms require daily sweeping and mopping in a fine dining American restaurant.
We are open for dinner from 5:00-9:00 Tuesday,Wednesday and Thursday and 5:00-10:00 Friday and Saturday. The job is about 50 hours per week. We are closed Sunday and Monday as well as major holidays except private parties.
Employees responsible for transportation on the Passaic/Bergen County border as well as their own uniforms for the kitchen including water proof shoes. Documentation required. English not a requirement but preferred.
