We are looking for Manufacturing technicians oversee manufacturing processes, adding details to a product and providing quality assurance assessments to ensure it meets client and project guidelines.
Location: Waldwick, NJ
Schedule: Monday to Friday 3rd shift 11pm-7:30am (alternate weekends)
Compensation: $20-$23 per hour
Manufacturing Technician Responsibilities & Duties
Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment
Conduct routine maintenance on machinery
Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
Perform quality control checks on products
Document production activities and maintain accurate records
Assist in the setup and calibration of equipment
Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to optimize production processes
Manufacturing Technician Qualifications & Skills
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and diagrams
Experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software
Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC)
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment
Strong mechanical aptitude
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills
Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts and overtime
Requirements:
Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role.
Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Good written and verbal communication.
Bilingual
