This client is a well-known co-packer in the food & beverage industry. Due to growth, seeking Maintenance Technicians to join the maintenance team. Primary responsibilities include:
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance, installations, repairs and modifications to manufacturing equipment
Assist with upkeep of facility and surround areas
Ensure working areas are safe in accordance with GMP and OSHA
Position reports to Maintenance Supervisor.Ideal candidates for Maintenance Technician positions in Pennsauken, NJ, will possess the following:
Associates degree in electro-technology, military (technical) training and/or vocational schooling
Understanding of GMP, LEAN 5S and OSHA
2+ years' experience in a manufacturing or distribution
Experience with PLC's a plus
Pay rates $28-35/hr.
