The Union house is seeking a motivated, detail oriented prep cook to add to our kitchen team. This is a great

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Setting up and maintaining a clean and organized work area
Preparing ingredients
Being able to follow recipes and prepare food with quickness and efficiency
QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
Knowledge of basic knife skills and cooking techniques is beneficial
Ability to work in a high paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Must be reliable and be able to function in a team atmosphere.
