What You’ll Do
Depending on your role, here’s what a day with us might look like:
Sales Associates
- Greet customers with a smile and assist them in finding the perfect gear.
- Share your product knowledge to help customers make informed decisions.
- Keep the store organized and stocked with the latest outdoor essentials.
Shop Technicians
- Provide expert repairs and maintenance for skis, snowboards, and bicycles.
- Ensure all gear is tuned and ready for peak performance.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service.
Boot Fitters
- Help customers find the perfect fit for their boots, ensuring maximum comfort and performance.
- Use your expertise to recommend the best options for their needs.
- Create a personalized fitting experience that keeps customers coming back.
