Caregiver for 86 year old woman

I’m seeking a caregiver for my 86 year old mother. This would be in her own home. You must be alright with two dogs and fluent in English. Duties would include light housekeeping and meal preparation. She needs someone to stand by while is using a walker. There might be an occasional toileting situation. Mom is very lovely, pleasant and easy. I need someone to be here when I cannot be here. The schedule is very flexible as is the number of hours per week work. Thanks much.
