This is an in person position appropriate for someone who has a service to others mentality, good patience and listening skills, knows the Taos resources landscape or is willing to learn it.
Responsibilities:
⦿ Provide Community Support services to individuals
⦿ Develop personalized treatment plans based on client needs
⦿ Maintain documentation and adhere to ethical guidelines
⦿ Support client growth
Qualifications:
minimum high school diploma or GED and experience working with population, or bachelors in relevant field and experience with population or masters in relevant field
able to take 20 hour online CCSS training within 90 days of hire
Strong communication skills and knowledge of or willing to learn about available community resources
Ability to work independently and maintain professional ethics
