need handyman, 1 or 2 days a week

Need a handy man one or two days a week, sometimes more, to maintain rentals. $25 to $30 hr, DOE. Required skills: Plumbing, can you change a faucet washer? Carpentry, can you hang a shelf, use a circular saw? Painting, landscaping, or electrical skills are pluses. The ability to pick up 50 lbs., organize a list, to research on Google, or even buy and sell on Craig's list is a plus. We are environmentally progressive and some of the work will be solar, composting, etc. Requires a valid drivers license, cell phone. You should have a screw gun, and simple tool kit.
