About the Position:We are seeking a highly motivated and capable professional to serve as the Executive Assistant to the CEO, providing critical support across the management of all portfolio companies. This role is designed for individuals eager to accelerate their professional growth, offering unparalleled exposure to diverse business operations within a fast-paced and dynamic environment. As the CEO's right-hand, you will gain hands-on experience and insight into strategic decision-making processes, making this an exceptional opportunity for those looking to rapidly advance their careers in the private equity and technology sectors.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage banking operations and treasury functions, including accounting (accounts receivable/payable) and financial planning.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and achievement of objectives across all companies at an executive level.
  • Participate in all meetings, establish goals, outline actionable steps, and ensure consistent follow-up (drive execution).
  • Coordinate legal management with attorneys on contractual and litigation matters.
  • Develop technical planning documents by department and prepare reports on achieved goals and next steps (internal training will be provided).
  • Organize, protect, maximize, and prioritize the executives, energy and time management across all business units.
  • Conduct competitive market analysis across various industries and geographies, leveraging tools like ChatGPT for external research and automated tasks.
  • Assist in personal planning activities (e.g., restaurant reservations, flight bookings).
  • Availability for occasional travel.
