We are a busy brewery restaurant looking for a Floor Manager who loves great beer, great food, and great hospitality. If you can lead a team, engage with guests, promote our beers and cocktails, and keep service smooth while maintaining smart labor ratios — we want to meet you.
You’ll do:
Lead & support FOH team
Ensure smooth service + guest satisfaction
Serve as the face of the brewery — engaging with patrons, offering beer recommendations, and creating a friendly, comfortable environment
Promote our beers, cocktails & food.
Train staff + uphold service standards
Maintain cleanliness & compliance
Balance labor with sales targets
You bring:
2+ years FOH management experience
Strong hospitality + communication skills
Energy, professionalism, and leadership
Night/weekend availability
Passion for craft beer & guest experience
