Snacks E-Commerce Warehouse – $17/hr to start + raises + bonuses
We are a fast-growing snacks e-commerce company in Central Islip, NY, looking for a reliable, long-term picker & packer.
We’ve hired too many people who quit after a few months — it wastes everyone’s time and energy, so you must be serious about this job.
If you are not truly committed to showing up every day, on time, and staying with us at least 6–12 months, PLEASE do not apply.

Position Details
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM sharp to 4:00 PM
Starting Pay: $17/hour
Raises: Significant pay increase after 6 months (performance-based)
Bonuses: Holiday bonuses + free snacks weekly
Benefits (after 6 months):
Up to 40 hours paid vacation per year

What You Will Do
Pick and pack customer snack orders with accuracy and attention to detail
Quickly learn hundreds of snack products
Match invoices with mailpieces (USPS, UPS etc)
Keep workspace clean and organized
Stand/walk for up to 8 hours/day
Optional bonus duties: Order printing, packaging labels, computer tasks, basic office responsibilities
Who We Are Looking For
We ONLY want candidates who meet all the following:
Extremely reliable & punctual
Must start every day at 8:30 AM sharp.
Lateness and attendance issues will NOT be tolerated.
Smart, fast learner
You must learn product names, categories, and packing logic quickly.
Strong basic math skills
Counting inventory, verifying quantities, matching pick sheets — accuracy is crucial.
If basic math is difficult for you, this job will not be a good fit.
Technically proficient (HUGE bonus)
If you can use:
Computer spreadsheets
ShipStation / Shopify
Printers & label software
Basic email + office apps
You will be considered for higher pay and faster advancement.
Long-term commitment (minimum 6 months)
We want stable employees — NOT short-term job hoppers.
Friendly attitude and professionalism
Small team environment — no drama.
Physically capable
Able to stand, walk, and move boxes for up to 8 hours/day.
Strong English skills
Must speak, read, and understand English clearly.
(Spanish is a bonus but not required.)
Legal and local
Must be a U.S. citizen or legal resident
Must live within 20 miles of Central Islip
Must have your own car (absolutely no carpooling or shared rides)
Must have a valid driver’s license
