We are looking for a full-time Marine Mechanic to join our team at Coecles Harbor Marina & Boatyard. This position involves general mechanical work on a wide range of boats, including seasonal commissioning, winterization, routine maintenance, and on-the-water or yard-based repairs. Candidates should have hands-on mechanical experience, strong attention to detail, the ability to work both independently and with a team, and a commitment to maintaining clean, organized work areas and high-quality workmanship. Pay is industry competitive and will increase with demonstrated skill, proven abilities, and readiness to work independently.
