A small MEP firm is looking for a serious individual who has experience in designing HVAC and preferably Plumbing design for NYC Buildings. Those who have both experiences will be offered position first. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years of experience who worked in NYC for engineering firm. The individual is expected to be able to fully design on their own, this is not a training position. Must be familiar with NYC Building Codes and Energy Conservation Codes.
Knowledge of Autocad is required. Those with bigger experiences will be offered higher salaries.
