Description We are in the process of adding an IT Support Lead to our team based in New York, New York. In this role, you will be providing technical support to our regional US employees, managing incident tickets, and liaising with various support teams. This role is within the IT industry.Responsibilities: Serve as the primary contact for high priority incidents and requests, especially for executives and senior business stakeholders. Ensure high-quality support is provided and relationships with key executives and assistants are fostered. Manage and resolve tickets using the group service management tool, ServiceNow. Provide support and advanced troubleshooting for mobile devices, including Apple and Android technologies. Take ownership of wider impacting issues, perform advanced troubleshooting, and conduct root cause analysis. Coordinate with relevant support teams for task delegation and escalation. Perform daily checks, provide support for on-site AV systems, and maintain conference rooms. Handle local printer support, including liaising with third parties for prompt diagnosis and remediation. Administer Active Directory Users and Computers. Offer support for Microsoft products, including Windows 11 and O365. Provide basic support for MAC OS X and network troubleshooting. Participate in ad-hoc support requests, desk moves, desk side support, and home visits. Travel to other US office locations to provide support for senior executives during business-critical conferences/meetings. Ensure business support during core hours. Be available for potential weekend support and out of hours support when necessary.
