We are looking for full time line cooks and chef to be the sparkle in our coupe!
Responsibilities
- Looking for an experienced line cook
- High volume cooking experience
- Basic knife skills
- Vegetable preparation: cleaning, slicing, dicing, and storage
- Experience with Chinese Cuisine Preferred
- Station setup, maintenance, and sanitation
- FIFO inventory management and proper labeling
- Mental Mise en Place: organizing workflow and being mentally prepared for your shift
- Managing daily station setup, inventory and prep needs
- Proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment
- Must be able to follow written instructions from a prep list
- Must be familiar with standard kitchen equipment
- Must understand basic cooking techniques
- Respect and teamwork
- Must not have a problem with drugs & alcohol -We are a dry house and it will not be tolerated.
Additional Expectations:
- Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
- Ability to stand for extended periods (8+ hours) and lift at least 50 pounds
- Punctuality and readiness for work
Time and Attendance:
- Arrive on time and prepared for all shifts
- Clock in and out accurately
Opening of a brand new venue, previous experience of opening a venue is a plus.
