Upscale Casual Latin Restaurant – Long Island City
We are seeking a polished, experienced Host/Hostess to join our team at a fast-paced, upscale casual Latin restaurant in LIC.
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of experience in upscale or high-volume dining
Exceptional communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational abilities (reservations, large parties, guest flow)
Calm under pressure with a team-first, positive attitude
Availability: Friday 5p-10p and Saturday & Sunday 12p-10p
Bilingual in English and Spanish highly preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests with professionalism and warmth
Manage reservations and walk-ins using the Resy platform
Coordinate with service staff to ensure seamless front-of-house operations
Handle pickup and delivery orders with accuracy and care
Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries
