SUMMARY DESCRIPTION
Overthrow Hospitality is looking for a Line Cook to join our culinary team. We are looking for a hospitality professional with kitchen experience, with a focus on vegetarian/vegan cooking. We are searching for a friendly, energetic, highly motivated individual who will thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented restaurant environment.You are someone who has a passion for food, and is able to work well with others, all while remaining motivated, energetic and passionate about what we do.
Requirements
A passion for plant based food, exceptional work ethic and dedication
Night and weekend availability
Comfortable working in a fast paced and high energy environment
Maintaining cleanliness of any BOH work areas, including and not limited to refrigeration, cooking equipment, and prep areas
2+ years experience preferred
Culinary school education preferred but not required
Food handlers certificate is a plus
