We’re looking for a strong, personality-driven bartender to join the team at The Rabbit Hole.
This is a neighborhood bar at heart — we want someone who knows how to build regulars, hold a bar down, and create a vibe, not just pour drinks.
What we’re looking for:
TIPS Certification – REQUIRED
Local Astoria/Queens experience is a HUGE plus ()
Has worked at local pubs or neighborhood bars
Knows guests by name, remembers drinks, and brings people back
Confident behind a busy bar — beer, cocktails, shots, volume
Comfortable with late nights, music, sports, and high energy
Team player with a hospitality-first mindset, but also can work on their own on off nights.
Responsibilities:
Deliver fast, consistent drinks
Engage guests and build long-term regulars
Maintain a clean, organized bar at all times
Follow all ID, alcohol, and safety standards
Work closely with management and security on busy nights
