High Beam is seeking an organized, self directed prep cook for daytime shifts. This position will prep and pack our grab and go selections and maintain an orderly, appropriately stocked kitchen area. We are a small team dedicated to producing the best possible coffee and food efficiently and consistently and would love to find a prep cook aligned with this mindset.
A successful candidate for this role has:
-1-2 years experience in a similar role
-great organizational skills
-strong ability to multitask
-great knife skills
-ability to communicate about ordering and other kitchen needs in an orderly manner
-high standards for their work and a sense of discernment
