Experienced Solo practitioner engaged in general practice (some emphasis on plaintiff's p.i. ) seeks assistance on per case basis with pending matters and incoming matters. General litigation work representing individuals and small business owners including inter alia Bankruptcy, Family and Criminal Law. Also, seeking assistance on drafting federal complaint and representation assistance on implied contract/ unjust enrichment commercial case. Newly admitted is fine. Spanish speaking helpful, not required. Per diem appearances available. Please send per diem and hourly rate requirements and resume.
