We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Design Assistant to support our creative team in various administrative and design-related tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for design. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations within the design department while providing exceptional customer service.
Assist with the preparation of book design, presentations, and materials.
Perform data entry tasks, maintain filing systems, and ensure accurate documentation of projects.
Utilize software tools such as Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and consistency in design materials.
Support bookkeeping activities as needed
Collaborate with team members on project timelines and deliverables while maintaining effective time management.
Proficiency in QuickBooks is a plus.
Previous office experience with clerical duties is required.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on phone etiquette.
Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to enhance communication with diverse clients.
Excellent computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace and Adobe suite
Typing proficiency and attention to detail are essential for data entry tasks.
