Nestling helps families find vetted professionals for overnight newborn support, daytime care, and mother’s recovery so parents can navigate the early months with more rest, confidence, and peace of mind.
About the Role
Nestling is looking for a reliable, tech-savvy Virtual Operations & Admin Contractor to support the day-to-day operations of the business. This is a contractor role, not full-time employment, and therefore does not include employee benefits. Work is remote, with a strong preference for those who can collaborate during Eastern Standard Time hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Post, format, and update blog content on the Nestling website
- Support caregiver onboarding (communication, documentation checks, profile setup, simple process coordination)
- Assist with various administrative tasks related to operations and customer/caregiver support
- Use web-based tools to manage workflows, organize information, and keep tasks on track
Ideal Candidate
- Interest in or understanding of the postpartum, newborn care, or maternal wellness space
- Highly comfortable using technology, including:
- AI tools and agents
- Social media platforms
- Web-based admin tools, forms, and dashboards
- Strong written communication, organization, and follow-through
- Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt as the business grows
- Available to work virtually with overlap in Eastern Standard Time
Compensation & Hours
- Starting rate:$17 per hour
- Hours: Expect 10–20 hours per week to start
- Hours and scope are expected to grow over time based on the value delivered, with potential to evolve into a fuller-time role
