Global Telecom is a fast-growing office phone system company focused on helping businesses upgrade their phone sysytems. We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to help expand our customer base and fuel our growth.
Role Overview
As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and engaging potential customers. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospects and play a key role in building a strong sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and research potential clients through outbound and inbound efforts
Initiate contact with prospects via phone, email, and social platforms
Qualify leads and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team
Maintain accurate records of activities in the CRM system
Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging and outreach strategies
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly activity and pipeline targets
Qualifications
1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role (preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with cold outreach and objection handling
Highly organized with strong time-management skills
Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
