job detailsWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team. The ideal candidate will assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and helping the team. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, along with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities efficiently. You will act as a key point of contact for the team, handling clerical tasks, coordinating schedules, and maintaining project documentation. Provide administrative support to the engineering team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.

Prepare and format technical documents, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.

Assist with project coordination, including maintaining project files, tracking timelines, and updating documentation.

Process and manage invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders.

Coordinate communication between the engineering team and other departments or external clients.

Maintain office supplies and ensure equipment is functioning properly.

Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, phone calls, and emails.

Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining databases relevant to engineering projects.

Support the team with ad hoc administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
