Senior Project Manager - Data Center

We are seeking a highly skilled (Senior) Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Amsterdam.Manage overall project cost, schedule, and budgets for data center construction projectsOversee the implementation of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standardsFacilitate communication between project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team membersAnalyze, track, and effectively manage critical milestone activities to prevent schedule delaysParticipate in the tendering and procurement process, ensuring contract terms align with FIDIC standardsReview and approve cost-loaded schedules and capital expenditure spendsLead client meetings and other project-related gatheringsIdentify factors influencing construction costs and monitor project financial performanceProvide clear and accurate reporting on a regular basisManage risk and mitigation management including cost assessments of suchSupport engineering decisions related to project cost and budget during design-build changesCoordinate and oversee scheduling consultant reviews on the projectAdvocate on behalf of the client during disputes, modifications, or change ordersEnsure compliance with local building codes and regulations
