Adecco is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to join our client’s team in Charlotte, NC. This contract position will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of change and transformation projects within our Global Fixed Income Operations. As a Business Analyst Lead, you will collaborate closely with Securities Operations teams, Technology, and Transformation teams to conduct in-depth business and functional analysis, and develop specifications for target state design.Top reasons to work with Adecco:

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager in Capital Markets or Operations Middle or Back Office.

Strong data analysis and visualization skills.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Experience working in a banking or financial services environment.

Understanding of systems migration and its impact on operations teams.

Ability to design, map current state processes, and build new operational, risk, and control processes.

Strong organization skills, including the ability to manage multiple responsibilities, prioritize, meet deadlines, and attention to detail.

Ability to analyze and manage large and complex data sets to make observations and recommendations for change.

Knowledge of and ability to apply project governance (documentation, reporting, tollgates, risk identification, etc.) to change.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience as a Project Manager at a tier 1 bank.

Proficiency in managing and presenting large sets of data.

Strong storytelling skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and understand systems migration and its impact on operations teams.

Design, map current state processes, and build new operational, risk, and control processes as needed.

Foster strong partnerships with operational functional areas, project leads, and technology teams to support decommissioning and migration.

Identify and propose functionality changes and automation opportunities.

Conduct impact assessments, produce business requirements, UAT scenarios, procedures, and training materials.

Coordinate requirements by ensuring appropriate documentation and sign-off.

Proactively manage changes impacting scope and implement contingency plans as necessary.

Produce management reporting on status and progress, and provide support to the project manager.

Evaluate the current state of GMO reconciliation and tooling capabilities.
