We are seeking a reliable, experienced, and multi-skilled handyman in Charlotte, NC on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in a variety of repair and maintenance tasks across residential properties.
Key Responsibilities:
-Interior and exterior painting
-Repairing doors, locks, hinges, handles, and minor adjustments
-Toilet repairs, faucet replacements, and basic plumbing fixes
-Minor electrical work such as replacing outlets, light fixtures, and switches
-Pressure washing driveways, siding, and decks
-Drywall patching, sanding, and painting
-Cabinet and closet repairs and adjustments
-General carpentry tasks and home maintenance
Requirements:
-Proven experience as a handyman or in a relevant trade
-Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and repair techniques
-Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
-Basic knowledge of safety protocols
-Good communication and customer service skills
-Must have reliable transportation and basic tools
