About Your Tasks:You are responsible for end-to-end recruitment and guide candidates throughout the selection process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.You actively contribute to sourcing as well as to recruiting and employer branding initiatives, effectively targeting the right audiences.You are responsible for development and implementation of a social media recruiting strategy in strong alignment with the Pharma Recruiting Team and Employer Branding.You are responsible for selection of suitable channels and channel creation (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).You define KPIs and measurement, in alignment with the manager/Team Lead.You are responsible for creation and publication of target group–specific posts, stories and reels videos in strong alignment with the pharma recruiting team.Active Interaction and relationship management with users and potential candidates.
