Our work depends on Systems Engineer Senior joining our team to maintain current architecture, analyze, develop and implement efficiencies on the network to enhance warfighter capabilities.HOW A SYSTEMS ENGINEER SENIOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:As a senior systems engineer; performs design of server and application architectures. Performs the administrative operation and maintenance of server hardware and software. Maintains system security and executes practices and procedures; monitors usage statistics and logs; monitors and remedies attempts to penetrate or corrupt server files. Provide technical support for Enterprise level systems and services, from planning & design through deployment. These efforts include the full range of systems infrastructure engineering design; enterprise architecture standards; prototyping; integration; including but not limited to; concept development; planning; requirements definition and analysis; systems design; integration; and deployment.WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:Education:
Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science or equivalent experience
Required Experience:
5+ years of related experience
Required Technical Skills:
Strong Experience with System Center Configuration Manager to include SCCM Administration in a global WAN connected via disparate links, application and package creation and distribution, experience with 3rd party deployment and vulnerability management, and endpoint management of configuration baselines, OSD, and task sequence.
Extensive experience in Microsoft Active Directory administration to include Group Policy Management; DNS; DHCP;and Identity & Credential Management
Strong experience in Microsoft PowerShell scripting and automation.

Competent to work at a high technical level on all phases of systems engineering activities
Excellent communication and briefing skills; shows tact; effective listening skills and follow through
Solid worth ethic and the ability to work in a mission critical environment
Detail oriented and organized; able to understand information systems and ensure accuracy of work
Provides technical guidance and leadership to engineers with less experience
Preferred Skills:
DOD 8570 IAT Level II required (Level III preferred)

The likely salary range for this position is $89,250 - $120,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
