Description We are in the process of recruiting a Mortgage Loan Processor to work in Greens, North Carolina, 27401, United States. The role centers around the mortgage industry, where you will be tasked with processing mortgage loan applications, maintaining accurate records, and interacting with customers to resolve inquiries. This position offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Utilize Automated Underwriting System for processing mortgage loan applications. Work with Calyx and Calyx Point systems to ensure efficient data processing. Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to manage client relationships and inquiries. Maintain accurate customer records, including loan details, appraisals, and closing processes. Ensure compliance with mortgage industry regulations and standards. Utilize Accounting for Mortgage Bankers (AMB) for accurate financial record-keeping. Understand and apply knowledge of Commercial Mortgage and Mortgage-Backed Securities (CMBS). Ensure all necessary Mortgage Disclosures and Mortgage Documents are correctly completed. Manage and monitor Mortgage Payments and Mortgage Processing. Understand and apply knowledge of Mortgage Underwriting and Mortgage Loan Origination. Utilize knowledge of Mortgage Industry trends and Mortgage Products to provide excellent customer service. Engage with customers to resolve inquiries and provide information about their mortgage loan. Requirements Proficiency in Automated Underwriting System and CRM Familiarity with Calyx and Calyx Point Experience in Data Processing and About Time Knowledge of Appraisals and Closing Processes Strong Communication skills Understanding of Compliance and Accounting for Mortgage Bankers (AMB) Expertise in Commercial Mortgage and Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities (CMBS) Experience with E& O - Mortgage Impairment Cert of Ins Licensed Mortgage and MBS - Mortgage-Backed Securities skills Knowledge of MFHA - Mortgage FHA and Mortgage Application Experience in Mortgage Banking, Mortgage Closing, and Mortgage Company operations Understanding of Mortgage Default, Mortgage Disclosure, and Mortgage Documents Knowledge of Mortgage Financing - Lending and Mortgage Industry Experience with Mortgage Insurance and Mortgage Lending Proficiency in Mortgage Loan Origination and Mortgage Loan Underwriting Familiarity with Mortgage Modification and Mortgage Operations Knowledge of Mortgage Payments, Mortgage Processing, and Mortgage Products Understanding of Mortgage Professionals and Mortgage Remedies - Enforcement Experience with Mortgage Servicing and Mortgage Underwriting Knowledge of Mortgage-backed Securities and Mortgages Experience with Mortgages - Commercial, Mortgages - Residential, and Mortgages - Shipping Understanding of MVA - Mortgage VA and Residential Mortgage Lending Experience with Residential Mortgage-backed Securities and Retail Mortgage Knowledge of Reverse Mortgage and Second Mortgages Experience with Super Jumbo Mortgage and Wholesale Mortgage.
