Building & Grounds Tech - part time

Established church in Hickory has opening for part time Buildings and Grounds Technician. The Building and Grounds Tech is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment of the church campus for worship services, meetings, community groups and events. This is a non-exempt position, working flexible hours no to exceed 20 hours per week, responsible for overseeing all buildings and grounds maintenance on the church campus and properties. Variety of duties including some landscaping work, light maintenance tasks on buildings and grounds, and other projects to support church staff and school. Must have driver's license, ability to work with hand tools and power tools, and able to lift up to 35 lbs, climb ladder, and generally operate in a safe and professional manner.
