What You’ll Do:

Be the Scheduling Guru: Match caregivers with clients based on their unique needs, preferences, and availability.

Problem Solver Extraordinaire: Address and resolve scheduling challenges quickly and efficiently.

Collaborate & Communicate: Work closely with caregivers, clients, and office staff to ensure seamless scheduling and exceptional service.

Stay Organized: Maintain accurate records of schedules, client assignments, and changes.

Enhance Teamwork: Participate in team meetings and training to stay at the top of your game.

What We’re Looking For:

A high school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

1-2 years of scheduling experience, preferably in healthcare.

Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities—you're a people person!

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn scheduling software.

A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and works independently.
