Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Controller in Wilmington, Massachusetts. You will be part of our team, working in an industry where you will be responsible for overseeing the full close and analysis for our group. This role involves managing key accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable, auditing, budgeting, and general ledger management.Please reach out to MICHAEL ABATE @ michael.abate@roberthalfdotco for additional information and consideration.Responsibilities: Oversee the full close process for the group Handle the analysis of financial data Manage accounting functions such as Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Conduct audits to ensure compliance and accuracy Oversee budget processes and make necessary adjustments Maintain the general ledger and ensure its accuracy Utilize Accounting Software Systems and CRM effectively in daily tasks Maintain confidentiality in all financial mattersRequirements Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is necessary Familiarity with CRM systems Ability to handle all Accounting Functions Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) Proficiency in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) Adeptness in Auditing Expertise in managing Budget Processes Experience in maintaining and managing the General Ledger Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
