We are a high-end custom cabinet shop seeking a skilled Sander/Refinisher to join our team. If you have experience sanding cars, cabinetry, furniture, or any form of carpentry, we want to hear from you!
Job Responsibilities:
Hand sanding and machine sanding of wood surfaces
Preparing cabinets and furniture pieces for finishing
Attention to detail to ensure smooth, flawless surfaces
Assisting with staining and finishing as needed
Requirements:
Prior experience with sanding in carpentry, automotive, or related fields
Ability to work independently and with a team
Strong work ethic and pride in craftsmanship
Reliable transportation and punctuality

Job Type: Full-Time (No Subcontractors)
Hours: Monday–Thursday, 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hrs/week)
Pay: Starts at $20/hr, depends on experience
