Licensed Optician - General Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Licensed Optician - General Manager to lead our optical store in North Charleston. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.Provide visionary leadership to achieve and maintain the highest level of customer serviceManage and optimize store profitability by monitoring sales, performance goals, and P&L statementsDevelop and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and budgeted goalsOversee visual merchandising and ensure proper execution of store promotions and advertising campaignsRecruit, train, and supervise store associates, fostering a motivated and high-performing teamAnalyze market trends and compile competitive information to inform business decisionsGenerate and present daily and weekly performance reports to upper managementMaintain professional relationships with doctors, National Vision associates, and customersEnsure compliance with all relevant regulations and maintain required licensesImplement and monitor quality control measures for all optical products and services
