Title:Senior Program Manager - Contract ManagerKBR requires a Program Manager to lead an Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) contract. This is a full-time position to manage a key contract supporting AFLCMC. This candidate will work directly with the contract and customer leadership and will manage cost, schedule, performance, resources, and contract risk. This is a supervisory position and is considered part of the KBR Dayton, OH leadership team. Communication, teamwork, and leadership skills are essential to success.Duties include but are not limited to:
Recommend, track, and meet/exceed contract revenue/profit goals
Work with KBR’s functional offices to ensure smooth execution of contract, sub-contract, invoices, pricing, and other Project/Program Management functions
Maintain and grow relationships with Government program manager, Alternate Contract Officer Representative (ACOR), and technical points of contact/project managers
Work closely with KBR program managers, directors, and executives to ensure timely reporting of issues, risks, and opportunities
Hiring, retaining, and managing a multi-functional team to meet contract and customer requirements
Develop and maintain a proactive project management plan
Maintain and set KBR’s Quality Management System for Project Management goals and reporting
Meet assigned contract requirements
Work with KBR leadership to support strategic goals, pop-up projects and process improvement events
Provide significant support to future KBR proposals
Identify and pursue new work and new customers
Travel: Limited travel may be required.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, business administration or equivalent experience
15 years’ experience in program management, contract interpretation, budget development, and administration of government projects.
DoD Clearance Requirement: Secret
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Master’s degree in engineering, science, business administration
Active or eligible for TS/SCI clearance
DAWIA Level II Program management certification
Experience managing complex projects
Experience working in AFLCMC
