Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Lead Manufacturing Employee to provide operational support and coordinate supply chain initiatives at our operational sites. The ideal candidate will assist in achieving internal supply chain planning and target goals, ensuring the timely flow of materials and information across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for the organization's purchasing and supply chain activities.
Perform cycle counts and ensure the accuracy of inventory records.
Ensure timely input of service invoices into the system.
Receive materials and issue them to the appropriate departments.
Assist stores and labor departments with daily tasks or special projects as required.
Source materials as needed, obtain quotes from various vendors, and update source lists.
Generate and update purchase orders (POs), including the correction of any discrepancies.
Resolve payment issues promptly, ensuring smooth operations within the department.

Follow established procedures for material handling, sourcing, and invoicing.

Skills and Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of supply chain processes and systems.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in the use of office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
Prior experience in supply chain or logistics roles preferred.
