Lakeshore Acquisitions LLC is a local real estate investment company buying off-market properties across Northeast Ohio. We are expanding and hiring motivated individuals who want to learn real estate, build sales skills, and earn strong commissions.
This role is focused on speaking with homeowners, gathering property information, identifying motivated sellers, and locking up deals using our proven script and training process. No license required. Full training provided.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls and texts to property owners
Follow our acquisitions script to qualify leads
Gather accurate property condition and motivation details
Build rapport and communicate professionally
Submit qualified leads to our team for review
Lock up contracts using our step-by-step system

Compensation:
Commission-only. Earn $1,500–$10,000+ per closed deal. No cap.
