Description An expanding company is seeking an Office Assistant to join their team. Work with Robert Half to get placed in this excellent opportunity. Manage office facility
Copy, faxing, and filing for many departments
Route calls to the appropriate parties
Submit data accurately Requirements
Well-founded grasp of Phone System
Schedule Appointments experience
Proven knowledge of Phone Operations
Solid understanding of Inbound Telephone Calls
Earlier work involving data entry
Daily Schedule experience
Comprehension of Microsoft Excel
Previous experience working with Perform Data Entry
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Word
Quality experience with Team scheduling
Well-founded grasp of Scheduled Appointments
Prior experience with Answering Multi-Line Phone System
Practical knowledge of calendar managements and scheduling appointments
Deep understanding of Phone Coverage
General familiarity with Phone Voice
Strong familiarity with Job Scheduler
Experience with Microsoft Outlook
Proven knowledge of Schedule Meetings
Foundational knowledge in Phone Etiquette
Practical knowledge of Pleasant Phone
General familiarity with scheduling
Solid understanding of Direct Phone Calls
Wide ranging experience with Work scheduling
Skills in Computer Data Entry
Expertise in Coordinating Schedules
Experience with Schedule Changes
Good understanding of numeric data entry
Expertise in Multi-line Phone Systems
Experience with Phone Inquiries
Eagerness to take on anything from small internal administrative tasks to high profile requests
Ability to complete general office work, operate basic office equipment, and route incoming materials
Being savvy with word processing and spreadsheets is favorable
Ability to multitask and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds
Manage tasks independently
2+ years of experience
Skills to assess process and internal control weaknesses and identify improvements
