Plating and quality checking dishes, and ensuring food quality and safety
Setting up stations, restocking items, and cleaning and maintaining stations, equipment, and storage areas
Cleaning kitchen and all trails dishes and equipment at the end of shift, removing all trash and stocking/prepping as needed
