We're looking for an experienced Landscape Crew Leader/Foreman to join our team and lead field crews on high quality projects throughout Southwest Ohio.
Responsibilities include:
Supervise and motivate a crew of landscape laborers.
Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule and to high quality standards.
Read and interpret site plans and blueprints.
Coordinate materials, equipment, and daily job tasks.
Train and coach team members for performance and safety.
Maintain equipment and ensure all tools are used properly.
Communicate regularly with project managers and clients.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2-3 years of leadership experience in landscaping.
Strong technical knowledge of landscape installation and maintenance.
Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills
Valid Drivers License required
Must be able to work overtime and on prevailing wage projects.
