Description We are in search of a dedicated Project Manager to assist with the release process of our new software. This role is based in Cleveland, Ohio, and offers a permanent employment opportunity. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the software release process, change management for end users migrating to the new system, data cleansing, and documentation.Responsibilities: Oversee the software release process for a multi-tenant application across multiple locations Manage change processes to facilitate end user migration to the new system Perform data analysis to ensure the integrity and quality of data Document processes, findings, and procedures in a clear and concise manner Conduct data cleansing activities to maintain the accuracy and reliability of our databases Collaborate with team members to gather requirements and ensure all project objectives are met Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate the functionality of the new system Communicate effectively with stakeholders to keep them informed about project progress and any changes Use your expertise in Application Releases, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Data Cleansing, Requirements Gathering, and Technical Documentation to drive project success.Requirements Proficiency in managing application releases Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) is required Knowledge and experience in data cleansing Ability to conduct effective requirements gathering Expertise in creating technical documentation Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work in a team and lead projects Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred Professional certifications in project management would be a plusTechnology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
