ICP Group is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Demand Generation Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. This role will be pivotal in driving our lead generation efforts through effective management of telemarketing campaigns and strategic handling of project leads. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Salesforce, with additional proficiency in Power BI considered advantageous. Responsibilities :
Develop and execute demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth.
Manage and optimize telemarketing campaigns to effectively reach target audiences and achieve lead generation goals working with call center/campaign manager.
Collaborate closely with brand managers on campaign initiatives and content and sales teams to ensure alignment on lead quality and quantity.
Utilize Salesforce to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and lead conversion metrics.
Implement lead nurturing strategies in collaboration with digital marketing team to accelerate prospects through the sales funnel.
Provide training and support to team members on demand generation best practices and tools.
Work with the sales team on lead distribution and process implementation.
Set KPIs for the lead gen teams and campaigns, continuously refine and improve demand generation processes to maximize efficiency and ROI.
Provide regular reporting and insights to key stakeholders on campaign performance and KPIs.
Experience needed
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience (5+ years) in demand generation, with a focus on managing digital campaigns, telemarketing efforts and project leads.
Expertise in Salesforce CRM, including campaign management and reporting functionalities.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Understanding of architectural specifications is a plus.
Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools is a plus.
